Purchased some quality leather boots the other day, all I can do is look at them for now. I still break out and smile at the progress.

I've been going through a lot right now, fell off my bike and no one kissed my boo boo. I'm not complaining I know taking off band aids aren't easy, just ready to get back on that bike, pedal into the rewarding sunset.

Nasir Jones turns 38 today and doesn't look a day over 20. Nice.

Stripes X Fur for Fall

Life is all about survival of the fittest.
The fittest in kindergarten, over the jungle gym and proclaiming a personality that will probably stick throughout life, who can make it out of high school without getting pregnant, kicked out or dropping out, making it in and OUT of college, managing a career, friends and family and remaining sane on top of it all.
Progressive and unwavering forward movements is what plants success not a sudden spark of anything that may as well be a dainty sparkle in the sky
nothing is given and everything should be earned.

So excited about this season. I already know Bre is going to show out!
I love some ANTM

Me and my fascination with these animals.

Sometimes listening to Beyonce, Jay Z and Maroon 5 won't fill my artistic need for something deep, soulful and original. Without needing to go through an old school playlist this song featuring the great Tony Bennett meant more than something to me.

Wiping the sleep off of faults and downers
Every step feeling farther from the last
At times slow becomes a step backwards instead
But I continue to run through the field of red bloodied roses
Opening my eyes as I crash into walls of
white honesty and brutal critiques
I was told in my dreams realty is a facade.
Cotton candy clouds greet me and warm my feet
Waking up next to blue moons
Revitalized and a head full of novel thoughts
Carried on the greatest pink pony to ever live
Laying in my birthday dress covered in flower petals and laced trees
I can not miss the crumbling sunrise as it spills light onto my face
Renewing my once planted visions and full birthed plans of action
Falling back and tripping over a rainbow splashed mountain of mistakes
I realize the only error was second guessing my honest first choice
Only reality is a facade
the foggy mirror now clear and precise
I decide on a obscure route
Yards from where I started and light years from where I needed to be
Eyes wide and observing
no shiny ponys or blue moons near
I buckle my seat belt and ready myself for the bumpy ride
The last sunset jogging to the four corners
as I ready my uppers
ladder to Future

Press Play.
